At OVYVO, we strive to provide the very best medical weight loss solutions, and we also strive to keep our services reasonably priced and affordable. The following fees and prices will take effect on March 1, 2022. As always, we do not charge for questions, problems or concerns related to your medications, side effects or most recent visit.

(1) These prices do not include the cost of medications or prescription transmission fees.
(2) New Patient Visit fee applies to new patients as well as prior patients who have not had a visit within the last 2 years.
(3) Restart Patient Follow Up fee applies to patients who have not had a visit within the last 6 months.
(4) Phendimetrazine ER may not be available due to limited availability.
(5) 3D Body Composition Scans are currently available only at our Harrisburg office.
(6) 3D Body Composition Scans are available once every three months at no cost to established patients, when performed during an In-Office Follow Up Visit. Additional scans can be purchased for the Non-Patient rate.
(7) 3D Body Composition Scan packages expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance. Most insurance plans will not cover weight loss services or medications unless you are entering into a surgical weight loss program. And even then, they still may not fully cover it. We know this, which is why we offer our services and medications at nominal costs. However, if you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company yourself, we are happy to provide everything you’ll need.

We accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments.
