Ongoing Care
($125/month + Medications)
Your membership includes scheduled monthly follow-up visits (virtual or in-person) to monitor progress, adjust your treatment, and help you stay on-track toward your goals.
You’ll also have access to unlimited secure messaging between visits for questions and continuous support.

Additional Details
Payments: Your Complete Care membership begins on the date your initial payment is received. After that, payments are automatically processed on your renewal date so your care continues without interruption.
Renewals: Month-to-month memberships renew automatically each month. Prepaid 6- and 12-month memberships renew automatically at the end of the term unless you choose to cancel.
Cancellations: If you wish to end your membership or stop auto-renewal, please let us know at least 30 calendar days in advance. Membership fees are non-refundable and memberships cannot be paused or transferred.
Other Fees: In addition to membership and visit fees, other office fees may apply in certain situations (for example, prior authorizations, medication management, late cancellations, or no-shows). Please review our Pricing page for a complete list of fees and details.
