As we work to further elevate the quality of our services, we are also confronted with rising operational costs. Each year, we undertake a thorough financial review to determine if price adjustments are required. These changes typically take effect in the fall, ensuring that we can continue to maintain well-equipped facilities and extraordinary staff, both of which are integral to your experience with us.
After careful review, we have found it necessary to make a small adjustment to our pricing structure. As such, a nominal increase (roughly 4% overall) will take effect at the start of business on December 10, 2024. As an example, a standard visit will be updated from $125 to $130. Additional details are below.
We understand that costs are a concern for many of our patients, so this decision was not made lightly. However, our commitment to delivering exceptional care remains our top priority. We continue to explore ways to deliver even more value, and we are dedicated to supporting you every step of the way on your weight loss journey.

(4) 3D Body Composition Scans and Red Light Therapy are currently available only at our Harrisburg office.
(5) 3D Body Composition Scans are available once every three months at no cost to established patients, when performed during an In-Office Follow Up Visit. Additional scans can be purchased for the Non-Patient rate.
(6) Unless noted otherwise, all purchased packages, including those for B12 Injections, Lipotropic Injections, Red Light Therapy, and 3D Body Composition Scans are non-refundable and expire one (1) year after the date of purchase. No exceptions.
(7) Patient visit packages are non-refundable and expire four (4) months after the date of purchase. No exceptions unless noted otherwise.
(8) Compounded semaglutide packages are non-refundable and expire 40 days after the date of purchase. No exceptions. Compounded semaglutide is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for individual patients based on a valid prescription. Compounded preparations are tailored to meet the unique needs of patients when FDA-approved, commercially available medications do not suit their specific requirements or when there is a shortage of these medications. OVYVO Medical Weight Loss distributes compounded semaglutide in accordance with state and federal regulations. Details about the pharmacy and the compounding process are available upon request. While semaglutide is an FDA-approved active ingredient in certain commercially available medications for managing specific conditions, compounded semaglutide is not reviewed or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy. We make no claims regarding the safety or effectiveness of compounded semaglutide for any particular condition. The safety and quality of compounded medications are regulated by state boards of pharmacy and other relevant authorities.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance. Most insurance plans will not cover weight loss services or associated medications, which is why we offer our services and medications at nominal costs. If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company yourself, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to do so.
HSA & FSA Payments
We accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments.
