Appointment Cancellations

We do our best to accommodate our patients’ scheduling needs. And we certainly understand that sometimes things just come up. But as a small, dedicated practice, a missed appointment affects our staff. Worse yet, it is a missed opportunity for a patient who may have gladly taken the appointment time. Therefore, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you will be unable to keep your appointment.

If a patient cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 Appointment Cancellation Fee will be charged to the patient.

If a patient fails to cancel an appointment in advance, and does not show up for the appointment, a $40 No-Show Fee will be charged to the patient.

Cancellation and/or No-Show Fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.

Arriving Late to an Appointment

Patients who arrive after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule. If a patient arrives to the appointment very late, and as a result, cannot be seen by a provider, a $40 Late Fee may be charged to the patient.

Saturday Appointments

Patients who schedule an appointment on a Saturday will be asked to prepay for the visit when scheduling. This payment is non-refundable, and may be forfeited if the patient fails to cancel/reschedule the appointment with at least 48 hours notice, fails to show up for the appointment, or arrives very late and can not be seen by a provider as a result.
