Additional Details
- Prices for services do not include the cost of medications or prescription transmission fees.
- New Patient Visit fee applies to new patients as well as prior patients who have not had a visit within the last 2 years.
- Restart Patient Follow Up fee applies to patients who have not had a visit within the last 6 months.
- 3D Body Composition Scans and Red Light Therapy are currently available only at our Harrisburg office.
- 3D Body Composition Scans are available once every three months at no cost to established patients, when performed during an In-Office Follow Up Visit. Additional scans can be purchased for the Non-Patient rate.
- Unless noted otherwise, all purchased packages, including those for B12 Injections, Lipotropic Injections, Red Light Therapy, and 3D Body Composition Scans are non-refundable and expire one (1) year after the date of purchase. No exceptions.
- Patient visit packages are non-refundable and expire four (4) months after the date of purchase. No exceptions unless noted otherwise.

Insurance
We do not accept insurance for the cost of our services. Most insurance plans will not cover weight loss services or associated medications, which is why we offer our services and certain medications at nominal costs. If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company yourself, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to do so.
HSA & FSA Payments
We accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments.
