Integrated Care Program
OVYVO’s Integrated Care program provides comprehensive, personalized medical weight loss care that includes scheduled monthly visits, extensive messaging support, and discounts on services. This is the best option for those seeking personalized care and a broad range of treatment options.

Integrated Care (Non-Member)
These are OVYVO’s standard rates for patients who are not enrolled in either Integrated Care or Fast-Track Care programs. Non-member care can be a good fit for patients who want a straightforward pay-as-you-go option, are exploring treatment options, or don’t need monthly support. However, many patients ultimately choose a membership program for added value and discounted visit pricing.

OVYVO providers can prescribe brand-name weight loss and GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate. For Integrated Care patients (both program members and non-members), we can also assist with the prior authorization process.
While insurance coverage is never guaranteed, our team is often successful in helping eligible patients pursue coverage and understand next steps. We also work with patients to identify available discounts and savings programs to help reduce out-of-pocket costs.

Wegovy® Pill is an oral form of semaglutide for weight management. It may be an option for eligible patients who are interested in GLP-1 treatment but prefer a once-daily tablet instead of a weekly injection. Like other GLP-1 medications, it is intended to be used along with nutrition, physical activity, and ongoing medical support.

Foundayo™ / Orforglipron
Oral GLP-1 Tablet
Foundayo™ is an oral GLP-1 receptor agonist tablet containing orforglipron. Unlike semaglutide and tirzepatide, orforglipron is a non-peptide oral GLP-1 receptor agonist. This means it is designed specifically as a pill and may be easier to take than some older oral GLP-1 options because it does not have the same strict timing, food, or water restrictions.

Important Note:

Wegovy® & Ozempic® Injectables
Injectable Semaglutide
Wegovy® and Ozempic® are injectable semaglutide medications. Wegovy® is FDA-approved for chronic weight management in eligible adults, while Ozempic® is approved for type 2 diabetes. For patients who prefer an established injectable GLP-1 option, semaglutide remains one of the most widely recognized medications in this category.

Zepbound® Vials & Zepbound® KwikPen®
Injectable Tirzepatide
Zepbound® is an injectable tirzepatide medication used for chronic weight management in eligible adults. Unlike semaglutide medications, tirzepatide works through both GIP and GLP-1 receptor pathways.

Insurance & Medical Spending Accounts
Insurance Coverage for Services
OVYVO does not bill insurance for the cost of our medical weight loss services. Most insurance plans do not cover weight loss visits or associated service fees, which is why we offer transparent, self-pay pricing for care and certain medications.
If you wish to submit a claim to your insurance company independently, we are happy to provide the necessary documentation upon request. Coverage and reimbursement decisions are determined solely by your insurance plan.
Prior Authorization Support for Medications
For certain prescription medications, insurance plans may require prior authorization before coverage is approved. When clinically appropriate, OVYVO assists Integrated Care patients with the prior authorization process by working with your insurance plan and submitting the required documentation.
While insurance approval is never guaranteed and coverage varies by plan, we are often successful in helping eligible patients pursue coverage and understand next steps. Our team will also help you review available alternatives if coverage is denied.

HSA & FSA Payments
We accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments for eligible services and medications, in accordance with your plan’s guidelines. If you have questions about eligibility, we recommend confirming details directly with your HSA or FSA administrator.

Additional Details
- Prices for services do not include the cost of medications or prescription transmission fees.
- New Patient Visit fee applies to new patients as well as prior patients who have not had a visit within the last 2 years.
- Restart Patient Follow Up fee applies to patients who have not had a visit within the last 6 months.
- 3D Body Composition Scans and Red Light Therapy are currently available only at our Harrisburg office.
- 3D Body Composition Scans are available once every three months at no cost to established patients, when performed during an In-Office Follow Up Visit. Additional scans can be purchased for the Non-Patient rate.
- Unless noted otherwise, all purchased packages, including those for B12 Injections, Lipotropic Injections, Red Light Therapy, and 3D Body Composition Scans are non-refundable and expire one (1) year after the date of purchase. No exceptions.
- Patient visit packages are non-refundable and expire four (4) months after the date of purchase. No exceptions unless noted otherwise.
