*Additional Details: To qualify, you must be an active patient (seen within the last 4 months). The referred patient must be new to OVYVO and must identify you as the referring individual when completing their new patient paperwork. Credit will be applied to your account and may be used toward future OVYVO visits, membership, in-house medications, and injections. Credits expire two (2) years from the issue date. Referral credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. OVYVO reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
