Ashley Sites

Ashley graduated from Messiah College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She also focused her studies in the areas of exercise and physical fitness.

Ashley has had a passion for nutrition and fitness since early adolescence and has made it her career to empower, motivate and help people to be the best healthiest version of themselves.  She is eager to equip people with knowledge and the necessary tools to utilize to help them meet their weight loss goals.
