How To Fit Activity Into Your Busy Schedule

This week we are bringing you into the OVYVO fitness studio to get your heart rate up and your blood flowing! Here at OVYVO we know that nutrition is important, but exercise is something that we commonly have patient’s tell us they do not have enough time to fit into their schedule. Due to this complaint we wanted to create a video showing you some easy at home workouts that you can do in less than 30 minutes! As you will see we had a lot of fun making this video! We hope that you’ll have just as much fun doing these activities! Look below for a breakdown of the different exercises.
