  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts, roughly chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Directions:
  1. Prepare the Fruit: In a large bowl, combine the chopped apple, pear, cherries, orange sections, and sliced banana. Toss gently to mix.
